Anxiety is felt differently depending on the person experiencing it. you'll feel out of control, as if there's a disconnect between your mind and body.

  •  you are doing not avoid certain things or situations due to anxiety
  •  you've got sudden anxiety that seems unrelated to life events and you've got no previous history of anxiety

Treatment of anxiety includes counseling or medication.

  • Counseling: a person suffering from anxiety should consult a health specialist, counselor, or psychologist. There are various remedies to get rid of anxiety.

  • Medication: Medication is prescribed in some cases where the patient goes through nervousness due to such anxiety. Doctors will analyze the patient's health status and severity of nervousness, they will prescribe anti-anxiety medications. The dosage recommended by the doctor is to be strictly followed by the patient.

  • Self Help: The patient can choose various self-help methods to relieve anxiety. Practicing relaxation techniques, breathing techniques, etc. will help them to calm down. they can also practice hypnosis to program their mind to overcome anxiety. Positive affirmations given during the hypnosis session may be repeated.
